Requirements

C1+ English fluency: light accent, fluent spoken and written English

1–3 years experience in real estate cold calling or lead management

Full-time availability: Monday through Friday, no other conflicting clients

Reliable internet: stable connection required for dialers and CRM work

Professional home office: quiet space, quality headset, no background noise

Work Schedule

Mon–Fri Work days
8-Hour Shift + 1-hour break
Full-Time 40 hrs/week
U.S. Hours EST / CST / MST / PST

What You'll Be Doing

Cold calling motivated sellers from investor-provided lists using their dialer

Handling objections, qualifying sellers, and logging calls in the client's system

Managing CRM pipelines, following up with leads, and setting appointments
